Free public transport with SA's Seniors Card From 1 July, 2009, the South Australian Seniors Card will offer free travel on trains, buses and trams in the Adelaide metro area, from 9:01am to 3pm on weekdays and all day on the weekend and public holidays. Water restrictions and permits Visit the SA Water website for the latest South Australian water restrictions and to apply for an aged or disability permit. Information about concessions is now easier to find The Department for Families and Community’s new on-line concessions finder tool now makes it easier for you to find out about South Australian concessions for which you may be eligible. Simply select the circumstances that apply to you and the Concessions Finder displays the relevant concessions. You can also download and print application forms or see who to contact for more information. If you receive a Centrelink allowance, are a full time student receiving Abstudy or Austudy, a senior or a low income earner, you may be able to access concessions on household bills for energy use, council rates, water and sewerage rates, and the Emergency Services Levy.
